My current practise investigates the forms and structure of the urban environment and the patterns that it creates. The above photograph is a close up of a type specimen poster based on the drawings of the architect Le Corbusier. He was one of the leading architects working on what is now known as modern architecture or the International Style. This style created a very structured landscape and simple plans were modified and repeated across cities and countries. This is reflected in my typeface where each letter is based on the same basic structure. To see the full poster ‘I do not want to talk about architecture. I detest talk about architecture. Le Corbusier, 1953′ please email me for a full pdf portfolio.
